Hi ive received an email about my reward card from my broadband i got at the start of the year but when i follow the link to the rewards page there is none showing and none previously claimed

Hi @bonzo_r  welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. 

Sorry that you cannot claim the reward card. As you got the email at the start of the year the card would have to be claimed within 3 months. Have a look at the How can I claim my reward card question on the faq section Reward Card Claims.
