You also have survey fees and installation costs as per the distance they have to lay the fibre.

FTTP on Demand is a bespoke fibre solution for your premises. It is primarily aimed at businesses.

FTTP is the residential Fibre to the Premises and is usually only available if there is no FTTC Fibre to the Cabinet available due to distance from the cabinet. 

You are able to get FTTC so you will not be offered FTTP.
