Hello, I just moved in my new flat, my moving date activation for my package should have been done on the 27th. It didn't happen because of covid 19 so there is delay. I called this morning and they said that they couldn't cancel the order because it passed the date and they can't be in touch with the engineer. Is there any way for BT to stop the order and close my account?

Not exactly I had to get another package in my new flat B because offer only 11M and I had 60M package that was ending.
