Can't change my email

Everytime I try to change my username/email....I get a message saying Sorry your password is incorrect!

I have tried phoning BT this week but cannot get through and when I did the phone hung up on me. 

I have the correct username/email which enables me to login, I just want to change my email address. I have all my account details here,

Please can someone help. TY
