Can't see my bill

Since I switched from BT yahoo to BT I've been unable to log in to my account to see my bills.

If I try to log in using my BT ID (as shown in my billing email) it fails. If I then  log in using a BT email address it takes me to my BT Email - I never get a chance to go to my account. Should I have two separate logons for email and billing?
