How do I cancel Caller Redirect? There is nothing on the BT site about this. I've tried phoning but with Covid 19 there is no answer. I am paying £30 a month for something I don't need anymore!
Caller Redirect cancellation is handled by the 'Billing' team, try the online chat if available, otherwise ring 0800 800 150 or 150 from any BT landline.
