Since yesterday, when I try to access my sub accounts via webmail - going through the rigmarole of Manage my Email - the drop down option to change accounts only shows one account (which BT is about to remove because it hasn't been used - not a problem).
However, the two active sub accounts do not appear and there seems to be no way of accessing them - can anyone help, please?
Can you log onto the email accounts using the direct route.
Ah - I can now - couldn't yesterday when it came up with incorrect password etc (it wasn't...). Just one of BT Mail's occasional little diversions, I guess...

I am having exactly the same proble. Could you plesae advise me how you resolved it?!
I logged into the the sub accounts individually instead of accessing them via my main account as usual.
