Cannot get to the my bt web page

Hello im trying to login to the MY BT site but I cannot as it only shows for half a seccond then I am redirected to my btinternet emails and i dont know how to fix it what am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. Sorry that you are unable to get logged into MyBT.

Have you deleted your Cache and Cookies and have you been able to get access in the past?

Are you using the correct password for mybt if I try to login to it and put in my email password it does as you say and loops around into the mail, the problem is if you have the same user ID for both accounts you need to put in the right password for mybt when you login.
