Since the latest email update any new replies from myself or others to an existing email chain is now displayed as a fresh email. Before this my replies and new incoming replies were all displayed within a single item. I am using a Mac so there is no BT App to correct this. I am missing a setting?
Go to the "change view" button on the right hand side and select "conversation view". This will lump all the emails in the one conversation/chain together.
