There are several posts on this subject. When I copy word into an e mail it looks OK on the screen. When I send it, it adds font format information and makes the e mail very difficult to read.As these are business e mails-it is very embarrassing. Does anyone know
(a) how to overcome the problem
(b) If BT picks up these problems from this site (and then does something about it!)
As you have found out, .DOC and .DOCX files don't work but .RTF do
