Credits during Lockdown

True to form BT systems and procedures are awful.  As soon as the Football was stopped due to lockdown and I couldn't speak to anyone I stopped my BT Sport direct debit.  I then got another bill but I didn't pay, then I got a late payment fee. I then applied for a refund but this has never been shown on my account.  Now I have been cut off just when the football starts again.  What is one meant to do ??

The credits were not backdated they only applied from the date you applied.

If you've never paid the outstanding balance it wouldn't surprise me if the service had been terminated due to non payment as there'll still be an overdue balance to be paid as well
