Hi - sorry if this has been asked before.  We wish to upgrade our TV package from Entertainment to Big Entertainment, but just for one month for movies and lockdown 3.  Do we need to give 30 days notice to put it back down, or can we do it instantly 30 days later.  Thanks

There's only one daft question, namely the one you don't ask for fear of looking daft.

No, you can upgrade and downgrade online without giving notice. The only qualification to that is that you can upgrade anytime you like but you can only downgrade once every 30 days
