Dashboard Query

Hi

Joined BT 20/3/2020 for broadband, anytime calls and friends/family discount.

My dashboard is showing pay as you go for phone but my first direct debit was correct for the package I wanted.

Is it safe enough to continue using the phone-line as I intended.

When I try to access the itemised bill it says " opp`s there is a problem"
