Hi ,
Old bt employee and had an bt account that is sitting at default but should not be and is impacting my credit score how do we get this default removed and credit score amended.
If someone can please respond back from BT when I call customer service they all saying account does not exist 😔 so why is there an impact on me if that is the case.

You will need to raise a dispute, the credit file agency will contact BT who will investigate, more info at BT Credit Files explained
