Delayed Connection

Hi, 

 

We've finally had OpenReach to dig and complete duct work (over 2 weeks ago). Our executive team case handler is saying they cannot get earlier than 9th of February to complete. Despite the internal works having been done in OCTOBER.  Do they have open reach come out to set it up or is it BT directly? 

I'm a teacher and trying to teach live lessons on 4G connection is really not good enough, as well as my Software dev boyfriend trying to do dev work and deployments. 

 

Has anyone been able to get anything similar sorted quicker?

it is openreach who will complete your installation work not BT retail

in the current covid climate a date of 9th Feb is very good and hopefully does not get pushed back
