Delete old BT account

Hello moderators.
I’m having a nightmare experience with BT. Nobody has come back to be on a problem from live chat from last Tuesday. I can’t track my fault because you’ve retained an old by account for me. When I log in, I’m asked to pick which account but there’s a bug on your webpage that prevents me from being able to click on my current account. Can someone delete my old BT account please? Then can someone get back to about my problem from Tuesday? The live chat person said I’d wait 24-48 hours. Been 4 days now.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
