Downgrade Family Sim to Single Sim

I've finished a 12 month Family Sim contract where I had 2 Sims.

I now only need 1 so want to cancel the extra Sim ~ nothing in MyBT account area seems to allow me to achieve this.

Do I need to fully cancel my mobile and start again?

you need to phone CS 150 or 0800800150
