Hi I took out Fibre broadband in July and then added on 700 min call package after, How do I go back to pay as you go.
who do I contact? I suppose there is a 30 days rolling contract on this.
If you login to MyBT, you should be able to change your calls package, as its totally separate to your broadband contract.
It should be under the section to manage your landline.
Yes you can change calling plan when needed, 30 days notice to remove, you can add anytime you need, calling plans are addons so they have no impact on your contract.

If you can't find the option, just call 0800 800 150 and speak with the Value or Loyalty team, they are open until 6pm today and they can do it for you.
