I am really grateful to Keith for his reply and the other two members who offered suggestions and information. I was also extremely impressed with how quickly Tracy at BT Protected Services Scheme responded to my email asking for help. It will make a big difference to my gran safety and wellbeing and our family, knowing that she will not be disconnected again.
