Email sub account missing

Re: email sub account missing My wife tried to access one of my sub accounts, which she does daily but it said it had been locked due to suspicious activity. She tried to unlock but gave the wrong answer to one of the security questions. For some reason we now cannot access this email account. It says it does not exist. I have logged onto my bt and it is missing from my account.

Hi @Alfasud  welcome to the forum and sorry your wife has lost access to her email account. 

Are you a BT Broadband customer?
Was the email address listed as a sub account on your email address previously?
