Email task functions not working

Please could anyone suggest reasons why the task functions on my email site (btinternet) have stopped working; there is no response when I click them (e.g. move, delete, settings, boxes to tick etc). I am able to delete them, for example, if I switch to Outlook.

Try clearing your browser's cache/history and cookies.

If that doesn't work, what browser are you using and have you tried another browser to see if it is the browser that may be the  problem.
