I am about to move house and decided to go with BT as my broadband provider. I had arranged for my internet to be switched on 22nd December and arranged this about a month before. I had an email on Friday to say this date has now changed to 14th January! However I need to work in between Christmas and new year and back full time on the 4th January and due to COVID this must be from home, although this isn’t possible without an internet connection! I have tried to get through to BT every day now spending hours on hold but have had no luck. Please can someone help me try and re-arrange this appointment so I can discuss with my work how I can get around this?!

If you do need to try and get an earlier appointment you will need to call and speak with our Connections team and I'm sorry for the wait time to get through to them.
