Error 553

Hello

Over the last couple of days I have been unable to send email though I can receive email.

I have tried updating the outgoing email server, deleted and reinstalled the account with no joy.

The error 553 mentions malware and phising issues even on webmail but there are no URLs in emails I have tried to respond to.

Is there any guidance on how’s to remedy as the issue is on my devices and the webmail client.

Help appreciated.

Hi @Hirsty, thanks for posting, I've seen this happen a couple of times when customers are using a VPN, do you have one activated on the connection?

I have not changed any settings @NeilO so not knowingly got VPN activated. As mentioned this has only happened over the last day or so.
