We’ve moved home and taken BT Vision Box with us and now getting this error message Error BTP-115c
Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for the suggestion- I’ve tried the factory reset to no avail. The rest of the posts seem to suggest BT need to solve this problem 😕

Try entering btp-115 in the search bar above, you might get lucky
