Error WP020

Hi,

i keep getting an error WP020 on Safari. Internet connection looks good.

How do I resolve this error?

Note: Works fine on my iPhone

Note2: not using the BT router, using Netgear

So you are using a web browser to view BT content.  

Which device are you using and what OS version ?

Are you viewing  BT Sport or BT TV (they are different app/on line players) ?

I'm using Safari (as Google / FireFox are not supported) and the URL is https://www.player.bt.com

I then go to Sport and select what I want to watch. I'm not sure if it was BT Sport at the time of the error. It might have been Eurosport.

Web Browser is Safari.

OS is macOS Sierra 10.13.3

On an iMac 3.1Ghz / 16GB RAM / 2GB AMD Radeon

App on iPhone (working) is BT TV

I also had this issue - mainly sports channels not working (strangely MTV, Gold etc all fine). Follow the instructions here to enable cross-site tracking and cookies in Safari:

Refresh the BT TV page and the channels should all now work.

Enabling cross-site tracking on Safari resolved the issue.
