So are you able to advise whether my incorrectly posted query relates to Bills and Packages or is it an Account issue? I'm sure the moderator will be able to advise you of that.
If you don’t mind me asking.... please next time when taking the high ground to a newbie that maybe you could move the post but then advise the poster in a Private Message of the unintentional error they made. I moved your post because it is against forum rules and guidelines which I sure you must have read before posting, about posting the same message across more than one board.
I think you may find politeness goes a very long way! I'm sure it does so perhaps you should try it.
