Once the cooling off period has passed (14 days after the activation date), you'll receive an email with a code to claim your free gift.
Once you have received your code, you can select your free gift from the BT Shop here - https://shop.bt.com/other-pages/bt-customer-offers/bt-broadband-march-2019-offer/
I would give it a few more days.
Just in case you do not receive the email.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

Sorry that you haven't received the email to claim for the free gift that was included in the package you signed up to. What date did your services go live?

Would you leave it for a couple of days just to make sure? As Keith pointed out, it's literally just over the 14 days. If there is still no sign of it post back and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
We ordered 2 mobile phones from bt. One for my husband and one for me.
Our rewards were a reward card each. I can see the 2 cards but no button/option to claim
We also got a free Samsung Tab a with each phone. We are both in need of a new tablet. We have not heard how to claim the 2 tablets.
Our phones were activated on Jun 12th this year. So that's just a few days short of s month and a long way over the 14 days.
Any advice/help will be much appreciated.
