It's now 40 days and we've received nothing about claiming the tablets. Any help/ advice of what to do next will be much appreciated.

Hi @Thesinkins sorry it has taken longer than I had hoped to get an update on this for you. The promotions team have confirmed that both orders are eligible for the tablets and they have processed the order. It can take up to 30 days for them to arrive with you and you should receive an email to track them once they are dispatched. Post back and let me know that you receive them ok and if not I'll be happy to help you further.

I've gone back to the promotions team to ensure that they have sent the 2 tablets as agreed and I will have an update next week and I'll update you then. Hi @Thesinkins the promotions team have got back to me and are sorry as they only processed one order despite me raising 2 requests. They have assured me that the second one has now been processed.
