Unfortunately have not received an email with an order. Have logged into BT shop and no order for the second tablet.
Hi @Thesinkins sorry that you have not received the second tablet. I chased with the promotions team last week when you posted an update. They have confirmed that the original request only processed 1 tablet. They have now arranged for the second tablet and it will be with you within 28 days. Sorry about this mix up.

I can see that my colleague @JohnC2 has been dealing with your case. On the 3rd of September John let you know that the 2nd tablet is on its way and will arrive with you in the next 28 days. This means that you should receive the tablet around the end of the Month.
If the 28 days passes and you still haven't received that, post back and we'll chase this again with the promotions team.

I'm sorry that there is still no sign of the second tablet. I can see my colleague @JohnC2 is still keeping a hold of your case and has set this to follow up with you next week. You don't need to chase this with anyone else. John is back from leave on Wednesday and will follow up with you again then. Fingers crossed there is a delivery early next week but if not John can chase on your behalf to find out what's happening.
