Once the cooling off period has passed (14 days after the activation date), you'll receive an email with a code to claim your free gift.

Hi can you contact me as the 14 day cooling off period on my order has passed but I have received no method of obtaining the free tech that was promised on my order. This seems to have been another BT promotion mess up to join the steadily growing list.
