Hi, I've also not received any details regarding claiming the free tech gift, despite my service being activated nearly 3 weeks ago. Thought i'd reply here to save creating another thread.

Just a reminder of the offer.

Once the cooling off period has passed (14 days after the activation date), you'll receive an email with a code to claim your free gift.

Once you have received your code, you can select your free gift from the BT Shop here - https://shop.bt.com/other-pages/bt-customer-offers/bt-broadband-march-2019-offer/

I assume you have checked all your email folders?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Same here, I was promised a 10 inch tablet couple weeks after my new contract  but no emails no info

I see that this is a mass issue which should be addressed very quickly y BT

You should receive an email 14 days after all your services are activated, so its worth checking your email spam folder.
