Free gift

Hi.

I got my son a new mobile over a month ago and should have received an email with instructions on how to claim my free gift (jbl speaker or echo). As others this email has never arrived. I have since ordered more mobile products from bt and thr nice man sorted out my gift card I was due but still no free gift.can anyone advise please😩
