Havin trouble upgrading my mobile phone

I have been trying to upgrade one of my mobile phones and every time I try it says a different mobile phone which is not due to be updated until September next year I tried on the computer and I pads and different phones it still keeps doing it 

help please

I'm sorry for the problems you've had changing your handset.  Are you any further forward since posting this?  You can have a word with our mobile team who will be able to help with the upgrade.  You can reach them on 0800 800 150.
