This is a BT Retail forum, and can only help if you are placing an order for a phone line with BT Retail.
If you are looking for a broadband connection, that can only be provided once you have a working phone line, that will cause the Openreach database to be updated.

You will need to get a phone line first. If you want to proceed with a BT Retail order, I will ask a BT moderator to assist, as its likely there is no physical route yet, and Openreach will not provide one without an order from a service provider.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
