I am sorry to hear that you can no longer access your Talk21 email address. If you didn't ask to transfer the Talk21 email address to your BT Broadband account, or didn't set up Premium Mail, then there is a good chance that access has been revoked. I'd like to check the email for you and see if we can get it moved across to your Sister's account. To get in touch with us, click on my user name and then copy and paste the link under "Moderation Team Email Address" into your browser. Complete that form and we'll get back in touch with you.
