Home HUb 5 port forwarding

Hi all, I've just installed a Swann CCTV and trying to get access to it from outside of my home network. I've followed the steps to port forward 85 & 9000 but both still show as closed. I've set a static ip on the CCTV and I can ping it succesfully from within my network. I can see the CCTV from its app when I'm in my network. Any ideas? Thanks

Sorted! Turns out the ports were open but the CCTV had the wrong gateway address in it so they appeared closed.
