I can't seem to find a method to report an out of hours fault with my fibre product (Halo) without resorting to public humiation of BT on social media. The BT router has lost connection with the Internet and has been unable to re-establish a connection (green light). Where is the method to submit an online ticket for a fault outside of working hours?
