How to stop my BT 6000 baby monitor beeping

I have a baby monitor that is just out of range when I am in the lounge - it flicks off every couple of mins and then comes back on - I want to stop the beeping from sounding when the screen looses contact with the camera.

I have checked the product guide for the BT 600 Baby Monitor and I can't find a way to turn off the out of range alert. It might be best if you call/email our product help desk using the below detials.
