Hi, My service got set up on Monday which didn’t work. The engineer has been today and I now have a phone line. My hub is showing blue but I cannot find it on any of my devices. I’ve switched it all on and off, reset it and tried to access the home hub manager thing but my phone and laptop isn’t having any of it. I’m getting exceptionally frustrated now, surely it shouldn’t be this hard to get to get access sorted out!
if you connect the laptop to the hub by ethernet then you should be able to access hub manger as you do not need internet connection to get hub manager
can you post stats from advanced settings then technical log information
