Thanks Richie but is there an alternative way of contacting BT? Each time I have tried the customer services number it automatically cuts off after 29 minutes. I am more than prepared to wait until I get through to someone but at present the number just cuts out
There isn't unfortunately, you could try at 8am when they open Monday morning, you want the Loyalty team as they deal with advice of transfers but the value team can also help.
It's not even needed, If Sky have cancelled then you don't need to contact BT, It's more for peace of mind.
Now BT Sport can be credited online it should also reduce the number of inbound calls, making it easier to get through 🙂
