Hi @Medcraft - follow the steps on the Broadband troubleshooter and if you've still got wi-fi issues we'll send you an extra disc. http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9941/~/troubleshoot-bt-phone-and-broadband-faults (if the link doesn't work - search BT Troubleshooter / Call 0800 800 150 and our help team will support quickly)
SkyQ sets up another Wi-Fi network in your home from their first box (so even though Complete Wi-Fi has delivered wi-fi to every room your set top box is probably trying to connect to the first sky box in your home) - it's worth getting in touch with them. Or, if it's near your Compelte Wi-Fi disc connecting it using an ethernet cable should work (as long as the Disc is still in a decent location).
I hope that helps - clearly you still need the better wi-fi and the TV you're paying for!
Cheers
Luke
I'm interested in the Complete Wi-Fi system as I'm hoping it will be more stable than my current WholeHome setup. I currently have 6 discs scattered around the house as well as providing coverage to an outbuilding that is my garden office. The house is only a two storey Victorian terrace but the walls are hefty in places and I had to keep adding WH discs to get full coverage.
I'm somewhat concerned that the new system won't reach my office and that by ordering the Complete WiFi I'll have to go through the whole rigmarole of trying getting hold of extra discs straight away just to get coverage where I need it (and am 99.9% certain one disc on its own won't reach). Is there a way to get the extra disc(s) straight away or do I have to take down my WholeHome network and then wait X weeks (X = >1 <100) before I can get extra discs and restore my household network coverage?
On another matter - does the new system properly support AirPrint? WholeHome currently doesn't (in my experience) unless the printer is located near the wired disc.
Hi @stickybloke
I print from my iPad all the time. This is with the iPad connected to the SH2 or Disc. The printer HP7800 is connected to the SH2 by WiFi 5GHz.
@Mickeydoo1234 Have you gone through the set up process with the Echo devices using the Alexa app to associate them with the new network?
