What problems have you had, none of those entries are problems, just the normal hub verbal diarrhoea.

Re: Is anyone good at deciphering SH2 tech logs, BT not interested

I could send you the rest if you'd like😂
Loads of disconnections, dropped connections, no internet at times...(more forms of diarrhoea perhaps). Wifi discs keep disconnecting from hub. We did have a substantial fault a couple of months ago (due to corrosion on telegraph pole which BT say is fine now), but it has never got back to normal since. Getting non-helpful calls from lovely BT lady every few days to see if it's improving, all they can offer is yet another wifi disc. Do we ditch the SH2 & discs or not, driving us crazy(er)

If you are still getting disconnections then Openreach didn't clear the fault properly. Is there any noise on the line with a quiet line test 17070?

There's a very slight buzz, but it's not much - nothing compared to when the fault was open (we had no dial tone). It's not loud enough to be a nuisance.

Thanks for your help by the way 👍

Anything other than completely silent is indicative of a fault, you need to report it and get it fixed.
