Recently had my fibre 2 order cancelled for the second time first time i was told it was capacity issue at our cabinet second time i had no communication from bt only found out when i went to track my order. Ive been on the cabinet checker and these are the results
are you existing BT customer upgrading or new customer switching to BT or you do not have a active phone connection
Hi i am a new customer and i recently moved into a new house the only knowledge i have of a phone line being present is the new line with this order.
