Landline buzzing etc

Since BT seems to have no other support service at the moment I am trying here.  WE have intermittent buzzing on line and fax tweet sounds and faulty link by phone to an entrance gate control panel where other users have none.  These problems are always worse with significant rainfall suggesting rain is getting in somewhere which needs investigating

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. 

You can not report faults via this forum. You will need to either use the online fault reporter or call BT on 0800.800.150

It goes round in circles and ends up with "consult the forum" They have no support system running seemingly. They don't disclose a number and say that there's no-one to chat. The whole online system is a waste of time
