Latency Variation (Ping Spikes) during online gaming.

Reason I pointed out that IP in particular was because it was the first BT node I could see, but looking at your route, the spikes actually happen on HOP2 (a HOP i cannot see). If I could see that HOP it might actually help narrow down the issue geographically.

Here is mine from tonight. Normally my issue is with hop 3 but I cant see 2 or 3 tonight. I have never seen 2. I cant try openzone as my connection is wired.

You need to start doing your own testing and posting screenshots, there's no telling if your issues is the same as everyone elses.

Ah no that’s so annoying.
What stage are you currently at with BT? Ie what are they looking into at the moment?You seem very knowledgeable in this stuff. I’ve tried changing router and resets. I am getting high ping and latency when gaming whilst Netflix runs.
