Works fine using Firefox IF you (temporarily) disable McAfee WebAdvisor. No other websites are affected. Ironic really since McAfee is supplied by (and branded) BT.
Yes I can confirm I disabled the McAfee Webavisor add-on in Firefox and the email works again.
Guess we have to work this way until BT can sort it out.
As above reset password etc, cleared cache, all searches still going round in circles all day. Was fine yesterday and now rubbish. After reading numerous problems other people are also suffering have followed their advice and managed to log onto both email and bt.com using Microsoft edge with no problem. Which begs the question is this a fault with BT or have FIREFOX done something to mess everything up.
Yes agreed. If you disable the McAfee Web Advisable add on (Supplied by BT) the problem goes away.

Seems there is a disagreement going on between the email and security departments in BT.
