Logging on via Firefox now seems to be working ok without having had to try any of the solutions suggested.

Hello all again. Had to refresh Firefox to get my husband''s email login to work. I haven't had a recent Firefox update so must assume it is a BT server problem...but why do we, as users, have to find the work round?? Like releasing a beta version and not telling anybody .😊 thanks all, fingers crossed all OK now.
Web Advisor 18.104.22.168 updated 22 May 2020 , Firefox version76.0.1 64 bit. Windows 10. Occurs on 2 machines, still need to disable to login.
Exactly the same versions as me and still need to disable the McAfee WebAdvisor add-on.
As a minor detail my version of Firefox was updated to 22.214.171.124 on 9th May, and the problem did not start until last Friday 22nd May.
My Son and i cannot log into our emails through a web browser on our PC. we also cannot log into BT Sport through a web brower.
But we both have the Yahoo Iphone mail app and they are still woring fine also i have the windows 10 mail app on my PC and it works fine so there is nothing wrong with the passwords it must be something wrong at the BT side.
