Hi, just interested if anyone else is experiencing low bandwidth messages on tv etc, this is from the Mellis exchange in Suffolk. Never had a real problem before, but the last few weeks have been awful, with constant buffering on Fire box, smart TV , moble phone etc. Thanks
can you post any stats from your hub?
are you using test socket with filter to see if that helps?
any line noise dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone

Sorry that you're experiencing slow broadband speeds. I have checked your local exchange for any potential issues but nothing obvious stands out.
Please follow the steps that @imjolly has suggested above as this will help us try and find an issue. Also, try running this speed test with a wired connection and post the results of that too. Remember to choose the further diagnostics when completing the test so that we can see the result from here.
