M&S reward card not recieved

Hi I previous opened a complaint about not receiving m&s reward card and Mastercard, I have the card and not received the m&s reward, please can my complaint  be reopened please.

Hi @leenemesis, Thanks for posting, the M&S card can take up to 45 days to arrive after it's been claimed. Have you been waiting longer than this?
