Merge 2 whole home systems into 1 system

Hello I have purchased 2 whole home packs / systems as it was the cheapest way of getting 4 discs. I want them to run as one mesh system. How can I do this?

Thanks have tried doing it as adding extra disc and resetting the disc first but that hasn't worked. Will look at the other thread though.
